Q: Are you a full-service company? What is included?
A: Full service means offering a wide range of services for customers to get the entire job completed. The Basement Guys of Pittsburgh offer basement finishing, waterproofing, and foundation repair. We do complete repairs to solve the problem and leave you satisfied and safe.
Q: Do you charge for estimates?
A: No! All our estimates are free for homeowners. All you have to do is give us a call and one of our appointment representatives will schedule a convenient time for us to stop by, assess the project, and give you a pricing estimate. A fee will be charged ONLY if you are not the homeowner.
Q: Can you transfer the warranty to the next homeowner?
A: Absolutely! Call us with the new homeowner’s information, and we will get that set up for you. There is a $150 fee to transfer.
Q: How can I pay?
A: You can use checks, credit cards, cash, or loans. We also provide financing options.
Q: What is your service area?
A: Good question! We service much of the Pittsburgh area and surrounding communities. We have a website page titled “Service Area,” with a long list of cities we service. Check if yours is on it!
Q: How long after the contract is signed will the job begin?
A: We are flexible and accommodate your schedule! We want to know when you need the job to complete, check with our team’s schedule, and go from there. After signing the contract, a member of our staff will give you a call to discuss dates and times, as well as any other additional information.
